I have applied for a deferment. I know I sent the proper documentation, yet I got a phone message today to call CFI. I called back. I am still on hold (its been 7 minutes now)
If there is something I need to do, will you please look it up and email me at this address?
I don't do well on the phone and asking me to call back and hold for ten minutes is not a helpful way to communicate.
When I have been on hold for a full ten minutes I will push send on this email and hang up the phone. And please make a note – I prefer email communication.
